Self-service check-in kiosk at campsites ensures first-class customer service in low-season

Jeanette and Rene - owners of "Skibstrup" Campsite in Denmark -  have expanded their bookingsolution with a self-service check-in kiosk from CompuSoft - and in this way Jenette and Rene ensure first-class customer service in low-season too.

"Especially in lowseasons where we reduce our staff to a minimum, the self-service kiosk will be a great help" - Rene from Skibstrup Campsite says.
"A manager of a campsite has lots of different chores to take care of around the campsite, and therefore he cannot be present in the reception all day long. And besides, our reception is closed during our lunch break. Now, our guests don t have to wait for our personal to turn up, they can simply manange check-in themselves at the new self-service kiosk."
